Vintage Japanese Silk Kimono Fabrics
Fern Green
Musubi Weaving – A Mother's Gift
- "musubi" (結び) method, a tradition where a mother saved leftover silk threads over time, and tied them together (musubi) to create a single new thread, then woven into a full bol as a wedding gift for her daughter.

These knots sometimes show as tiny texture changes, also called “hige ito” (beard silk) for its frayed look.

High Quality Silk
Medium Weight (a little lighter than my usual medium)
Drapey
Fern Green Color
- On my laptop screen, it looks like army green. On my camera screen, it looks more accurate. I don't know how you see on your screen, but this is Fern.
